Pre-Approval

You will work with a lender to secure your mortgage pre-approval. After you apply, your lender will provide you a pre-approval letter stating how much you’re approved for based on your credit, assets and income. You can show your preapproval letter to your real estate agent so they can help you find homes within your budget.

Property Search

After you get pre-approved, I can set up alerts to keep you posted on new properties, as they hit the market. To stay ahead, it's important to schedule showings promptly if you like a place. Being prepared boosts your chances of snagging your ideal home.

Step 4

Offer and Negotiations

Once you've found the right home, we'll put together a strong offer that aligns with the terms you prefer. I'll guide you through the process, including the purchase price, contingencies, and other conditions. As we negotiate, I'll be in your corner, working through counteroffers. The goal is to reach a deal that works well for everyone. I'll keep you in the loop and offer strategic advice. Using my negotiation skills and market knowledge, we'll aim for an outcome that meets your goals and budget.

Step 5
 
Due Diligence

Once your offer gets get accepted, we can then begin the due diligence process! During this time, there's a set period for necessary inspections and tasks to ensure the property aligns with your expectations. If any issues come up, we'll work through them together. We can work on negotiating repairs or concessions from the seller. Our goal is to offer a clear understanding of the property's condition, empowering you to make an informed decision. Your lender will also order an appraisal around this time, to ensure that the home is valued at the selling price.

Step 6
 
Closing

After celebrating the acceptance of your offer, there are important steps before you can settle into your new home. I will work closely with your lender and closing attorney to ensure a smooth process. Your lender will guide you through the financing requirements and will likely request documents to verify your information. On closing day, we will schedule a final walk through of the property, to review any repairs and ensure that the property is in good condition.

 

Once all conditions are met, we will attend the closing meeting to sign the necessary documents and receive your keys!
